Tagged FINRA Rulebook
As of October 21st 2022, the FINRA Rulebook dataset now provides additional fields - summaryTopics and detailedTopics along with rule content. Summary topics and detailed topics are taxonomy terms that have been applied, or "tagged" to FINRA Rules and can be defined as
summaryTopics: List of high-level fundamental regulatory topics associated with the rule
detailedTopics: List of comprehensive topics, regulatory or otherwise, associated with the rule
Please note that currently summaryTopics and detailedTopics are only available for limited versions of the 40 FINRA Rules. You can learn more about this initiative here.
