There was an issue identified related to the Individual Fingerprint dataset in production that has now been resolved.

Issue Details:

• Start: May 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM GMT (7:00 AM EDT)
• Resolved: May 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM GMT (3:00 PM EDT)
• Issue: The Individual fingerprint dataset was providing stale data during this period
   

Impact:
Firms that accessed the Individual fingerprint dataset between May 27 at 11:00 AM GMT and May 28 at 7:00 PM GMT may not have received up-to-date fingerprint data for the individual CRD numbers they used to make the call.

Action Required:
Affected firms should retrieve the fingerprint data for the individual CRD numbers again to ensure access to the most current information.
