Composite Individual Dataset

1. Added individual.regulatoryStatus.isMilitaryAnnualVerificationReceived field which indicates whether or not annual verification of military service was received. This field maps to militaryAnnualVerificationReceivedFlag field in PostAnnualContinuingEducation report.
2. Fixed intermittent issues related to occurrences.disclosures.criminal.felonyTypeCode field not populating

Accounting Dataset

1. Following updates have been made to the documentation regarding how transactions are included in the Accounting Dataset response. 
   1. The dataset compares the provided date range with the invoice date. The transaction is included in the response if the invoice date falls within the specified date range.
   2. An accounting transaction is included in the response if the invoice date is within the last 30 days from the current date.  For example: If the transaction invoice date is 5/1/2024 , the transaction will appear in the accounting dataset response until 5/31/2024, based on the specified date range.
   3. For transaction types such as "transfer" and "deposit" which do not have an invoice date, the dataset compares the provided date range with the posting date. The transaction is included in the response if the posting date falls within the specified date range.
