FINRA Gateway API Console

API Client Credentials disabled for more than three months for any of the following reasons will be automatically deleted. 

  • Expired password 
  • API Client ID was never activated 
  • API Client ID was disabled by the user

U5 Submission

  • Updated Full Post-dated Termination payload sample to reflect only required disclosures when disclosureCertification flag is set to true

Composite Individual Dataset

  • Added individualCrdNumber at the root level for Composite Individual and Composite Individual Seed datasets. Also ensured that the individualCrdNumber is returned at all times, even when section filtering is applied.
  • Fixed mismatches between webeft and API response in occurrences.disclosures section for submittingFirmCrdNumber and submittingFirmName
  • Updated sanctionStartDetails.Date in the API response to match with WebEFT.

Composite Branch Dataset

  • Added deficiencyDescription field. Variables that were included in the deficiency description in WebEFT are added as separate fields below

    • regulatorCode 
    • individualCrdNumber
    • officeOfSupervisoryJurisdiction.branchCrdNumber 

Individual Registration Validation Dataset

  •  Added following new fields to the dataset
    • Registration Date
    • Registration Scope
    • Registration Status
