FINRA Gateway API Console: API Client Credentials disabled for more than three months for any of the following reasons will be automatically deleted.

  • API Client ID was never activated

  • API Client ID was disabled by the user

Submission stuck in "Processing" resultStatus Error Message Improvement. 

If submissions are not processed due to a FINRA System(s) outage, users will get following results.

  • resultStatus = "FAILED"

              "Encountered an internal error while processing the submission, please resubmit later."        ]

Users are advised to try resubmitting an hour after the message is received. Resubmission may be tried up to three times with an hour interval in between.
