Introducing API Explorer
Beginning June 1st, 2021, we have introduced the FINRA API Explorer that provides interactive API documentation that lets you try out API calls directly via the developer.finra.org website. It can be accessed from the “Documentation” option in the top navigation bar. Please note that the API calls made via the API Explorer only works against mock or test data and requires that you have already obtained test credentials
The API Explorer has the swagger UI to render API specifications as interactive API documentation that lets FINRA users try out the API call directly on the developer.finra.org website without having to download an API client. The user has to enter the parameters and click “Execute” to see the responses for the chosen API category.
