Third Reminder: Retirement of legacy Individual and Branch Datasets and Updated Mapping
This is your third reminder that the deprecated legacy Individual and Branch Datasets included here are scheduled for decommissioning in October 2025.
All fields from the legacy datasets have now been fully incorporated within the Composite datasets. You must complete your migration before the October 2025 deadline to avoid service disruption.
To assist with your transition, we've provided an updated mapping document. The two tabs "IndividualVersion" and "BranchVersion" in the mapping Excel include updates made in the new version (v3) of the mapping documentation. The mapping document is also accessible via the Quicklinks section for Annual Reg Element Continuing Education dataset
We encourage you to review any dependencies on these datasets and take necessary action to transition to either Composite Individual or Composite Branch datasets ahead of the decommissioning date.
